Voltage is a short, lightly waved synthetic wig that can be worn sleek or messy, the way it is or pulled back behind either ear. The whispy bangs, textured back and ample layers give this style depth and character and allow for the versatility in styling. The bold texturing can be too much and some have opted for a slight trim to shape their face better. For most this is a ‘shake and go’ style. Raquel Welch’s Voltage Wig is created around the exquisite Memory Cap 3 base which is an open cap. The wefts flex and stretch and mold comfortably and shape nicely to the head. The stretchy ribs are covered in a layer of silicone which in unique to Raquel Welch wigs and prevents slipping and sliding and ultimately a more secure, confident fit. The Memory Cap 3 is a super light ‘open cap’ which is less dense and has more space between ribs. This promotes better air circulation around the cap and means that it is ideal for those going through chemotherapy because of the head cooling properties.
