ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION

LA Wig Company will make every effort to change or cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us at 888 885 WIGS or email to [email protected] within four (4) hours of placing your order. Requests for Change or Cancellation received outside of this window will be treated as Exchanges/Returns and subject to the policies below.

Exchange/Return Policy

LA Wig Company would like to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and ask that you contact us immediately if you need to exchange an item. Please email us at [email protected] and request a Return Authorization Number.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in factory condition.
  • The item remains in new and as shipped condition.
  • All label, tags and hairnet must be attached.
  • Item cannot have any chemicals or hair products applied. No scent or odor must be detected.

Timing of Exchange/Returns

Please Email your Exchange/Return Request to [email protected] within 5 business days of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). All returns must have the RA number visible on the outside of the box and a copy of the original Invoice with reason for return inside.

Your return shipment must be post-marked no later than 10 days from the issuance of the RA#. LA Wig Company is not responsible for loss of or damaged returned package in transit. Therefore, we recommend that the returned package is properly insured.

ALL exchanges/returns received without an RA number or shipped after 10 days of issuance will be refused or sent back at customer’s expense.

Terms of Exchange/Returns

  • No restocking fees are applied for each return/exchange so long as it passes inspection and can be returned to inventory
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • The following items are non-exchangeable/returnable: color rings, costume items, special ordered and discontinued/clearance sale items
  • Express Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items that do not pass inspection cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer

DAMAGED ITEMS

Every product is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. When your order arrives, please check the package for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If your item has been damaged, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of delivery by email: [email protected]
To assure satisfactory resolution, please retain the original shipping box and packing materials with the damaged item for inspection by the carrier.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory. We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the original Shipping & Handling method selected. Please note, for orders containing multiple products, we try not ship partial orders, therefore your order will be shipped when all products ordered are available.

If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you via email with the estimated arrival date of your product and you will be given the option to:

  • Select a new item
  • Request to be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment (please note we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order).
  • Cancel the original order

SHIPPING POLICY

LA Wig Company provides Free Shipping & Handling on all US orders. International orders are not being accepted at this time

  • All regular Ground Shipping at the LA Wig Company is free regardless of the size of order.  Express is $35.00 and is shipped UPS 2nd Day Delivery. Unless Express is specified at checkout all orders will be shipped via Ground Shipping.
  • LA Wig Company utilizes UPS, FEDEX and the USPS for depending on the ship to location.
  • Most orders that are placed before 11 AM PST will be shipped by the next day. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for most US cities.
  • If you need the merchandise urgently, please choose the Express method of shipping during check-out and we will try our best to get it to you at the earliest possible date.
Additional Shipping Information

Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Billing and Shipping Information

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.

Shipping Cancellations, Refusals

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.

SALES TAX

LA Wig Company is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

POLICY CHANGES

LA Wig Company reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these policies without notice. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Note: When you place your order with a credit or debit card, a charge will be completed and funds withdrawn from your account. In the event that an item is back ordered or delayed, the charge will remain until the order is either cancelled or filled and shipped.
