LA Wig Company will make every effort to change or cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us at 888 885 WIGS or email to LAWigCompany@gmail.com within four (4) hours of placing your order. Requests for Change or Cancellation received outside of this window will be treated as Exchanges/Returns and subject to the policies below.
LA Wig Company would like to ensure that you are completely satisfied with you purchase and ask that you contact us if you want to return or exchange for another style or color. Please call 888 885 WIGS or email us at LAWigCompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that product integrity is critical to our business and all return/exchange items must be in original factory condition when returned. This means:
- The item must be returned in its original packing and factory conditions
- Item remains in new, as shipped condition
- All labels, tags, and hairnet must be included and attached
- All items will be closely inspected upon return and approved before credits are issued.
- All ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Timing of Exchange /Returns
- Exchange/Return request to be sent via email to LAWigCompany@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Please include the following information in your Exchange/Return Request
- Item being returned
- Reason for return
- LA Wig Company Customer Service will email you a shipping address label and an RA# to be affixed to the return shipment.
- All returns must be received within 10 days of the receipt of the RA number
- ALL exchanges/returns received without an RA number or shipped after 10 days of receipt will be refused or sent back at customer’s expense.
Terms of Exchange/Returns
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and LA Wig Company is not responsible for loss of or damaged returned package in transit. Therefore, we recommend that the returned package is properly insured
- No refund for Returns will be issued, only credit towards your LA Wig Company account to apply to your next purchase. Credit is valid for one year from date of issue
- All ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer with a $50 penalty to be deducted from the credit owed.
- The following items are non-exchangeable/returnable: color rings, costume items, special ordered and discontinued/clearance sale items, and all human hair products
Every product is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. When your order arrives, please check the package for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If your item has been damaged, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of delivery by email: LAWigCompany.com@Gmail.com.
To assure satisfactory resolution, please retain the original shipping box and packing materials with the damaged item for inspection by the carrier.
Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory. We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the original Shipping & Handling method selected. Please note, for international orders containing multiple products, we do not ship partial orders, therefore your order will be shipped when all products ordered are available.
If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you via email with the estimated arrival date of your product and you will be given the option to:
- Select a new item
- Request to be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment (please note we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order).
- Cancel the original order

LA Wig Company provides Free Shipping & Handling on all US orders. International orders are not being accepted at this time
- Most orders that are placed before 11 AM PST will be shipped by the next day via United Parcel ground service or US Postal service. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for most US cities.
- If you need the merchandise urgently, please choose the method of shipping during check-out, or call us, we will try our best to get it to you at the earliest possible date.
Additional Shipping Information
Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Billing and Shipping Information
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.
Shipping Cancellations, Refusals
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.
LA Wig Company is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
LA Wig Company reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these policies without notice. Please check this page periodically for changes.
Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Note: When you place your order with a credit or debit card, only an authorization hold will be placed on your credit/debit card account. The charge will be completed and funds withdrawn from your account when we ship your purchase. If you pay using PayPal, funds will be deducted from your PayPal account at checkout.
