Ignite by Jon Renau is a short wig, particularly at the nape. (1.5 inches) It bevels longer through the sides and crown and the face framing layers at the front fall to just below the chin. The staggered lengths from back to front create an angled look that erupts in long, whispy, 8 inch bangs that trace below the jaw line. The shape is fantastic.  Ignite by Jon Renau is made from Heat Defiant Synthetic Fiber created by the highly respected Kanekalon Fiber Process. This fiber is characterized by a natural feeling, lighter, softer hair with more natural body that is both flexible and comfortable and closely resembles human hair in movement and appearance.  The Heat Defiant properties allow heat tools to be used up to 350 degrees which adds considerable styling versatility over traditional synthetic fiber. A touch of Jon Renau Heat Defiant spray at the point of heat creates the best results and best protects the fiber.  It can be flipped for a shag, curled to create a fun weekend mess or straightened for a classic bob. Volume can be created easily with a tease or a ruffle and a sleek, tight bob by simply smoothing with a hand at the side and crown. In most cases it is worn directly out of the box and few ever resort to using heat styling. As with many things it is always nice to know that you can do it if you want to.

The Ignite by Jon Renau wig is part of the Smartlace collection which means that it has the phenomenal lace front that extends from temple to temple. The fine lace front creates a natural hairline that is undetectable and this allows for off the face styling options. Part it to one side, pin it at the ear with a clip. The welded lace is able to mimics a natural hairline so closely because the hair is hand tied one by one.  The open wefted cap from the top and back allows superior ventilation for maximum scalp cooling and creates a super light weight piece at only 2.7oz. Ignite also comes with the velvet ear tabs and Velcro strap at the back for comfort and security.
